Photoshop Past:
Photoshop was developed in 1987 by brothers Thomas and John Knoll, Since its original development Photoshop was only limited to a single tool of image manipulation. The software was then acquired by adobe and named as Adobe Photoshop but the early version of photoshop was distributed by Knoll brothers.
